Bringing Neurogenic Tremoring To Your Community
Neurogenic Tremoring is beneficial for most people and helps to reduce stress, tension, and pain while improving bodily-awareness, emotional self-regulation, and the ability to remain calm during challenges at school, workplace, or performance. Many individuals even though they may already be familiar with tremoring, especially during stressful events, are unaware that it can be used as a helpful tool to help with healing and recovery.
The Neurogenic Tremoring response helps us to rapidly reset the nervous system when needed and allow a reentry into states of calmer mind-body states that promote greater relaxation. Many also report greater abilities to access focus, creativity, performance recovery, and resiliency. This process is evident in all mammals and rooted in our natural ability to heal and recovery.
The hallmark of Neurogenic Tremoring is that it has the ability to help individuals better manage physical, mental, and emotional challenges and helps rebuild ability to handle stress. Most importantly, it gives those who need getter tools additional abilities to create relaxation when they need it.
How We Teach About Neurogenic Tremoring?
We teach children and adults how to directly interact with their autonomic nervous system (ANS) in a restorative manner. We teach onsite techniques that demonstrate and show how to access the body's natural ability to create movement oscillations (or tremoring) ON PURPOSE. We then provide simple skills that allow playful and effective interaction with this tremoring process to allow for further release of tension and stress more easily.
We provide customizable training for individuals with disabilities, professional staff, and specialty groups that tailor towards their specific learning preferences and/or educational foundations. We provide this training through professional presentations, live model demonstrations of standing waves, and live provider-lead experiential classes that work with advanced skills. For younger groups, we are able to incorporate games and music into this process.
These trainings and programs can be taught in most settings including conference rooms, classrooms, sports fields, dance areas, outdoors, etc. Often all that is needed is something for individuals to rest their body on comfortably while learning this technique and can include things like a blanket, or yoga mat, and/or something soft for head if needed.

Bringing Sound Based Wellness Programs to Your Community
Listening to music is already considered by many an enjoyable and effective way to help with nervous system relaxation and mind-body healing. Using music is something many are already familiar with and is a tool that is often used for mood enhancement, mind-body calming, and even accessing deeper states of focus and relaxation. We offer programs that combine the music that people love to listen to combined with specialized filtering and sound modulation that that helps the nervous system better regulate itself and heal easier.
The listening-based program we offer is called the Safe and Sound Protocol, or SSP. With this program, individuals can enjoy listening to a style of music of their choice while engaging in easy activities. These programs are designed to help reduce physical stress and auditory sensitivities while improving the overall regulation of their autonomic nervous system. These programs help with promoting deep relaxation, aid in recovery, and helps to bring better balance in the body and mind.
SSP is an evidence-based programs and is specifically designed to influence the mind-body through the pathways involving the middle ear muscles and vagus nerve complex. The listening program provides alternative strategies for helping individuals to safety shift from states of overactivity and defense in the nervous system to more grounded states of calmness and relaxation.
How We Deliver Listen-Based Programs?
With our program we offer each individual detailed education about the autonomic nervous system, strategies on how create supportive environments when listening, tools that help support regulation, and instruction on how to use monitor and use appropriately.
Individuals can choose the music and playlist that best matches their preference for listening.
Classical Flow
Wonder (children's playlist)
Original (adult playlist)
